Born and raised in New Hampshire, Chef William Lyle moved to Fayetteville in 2002 to attend the University of Arkansas, where he earned a degree in Business Management while working in locally owned restaurants. He went on to serve as Executive Chef at Ella’s Restaurant and later at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art before joining The Summit in 2017. Since then, he has led a complete renovation of all three kitchens, elevated the fine dining experience in Penthouse, and launched the highly successful TH1RTYONE Kitchen, shaping The Summit into one of the region’s premier culinary destinations.
The Penthouse on Floor 32 features sophisticated decor and soft ambient lighting, seamlessly blending contemporary style with timeless elegance that lends to its exclusivity and refinement.
